Lori Senecal is a high powered business leader. She excels and has shown great leadership in the creative and digital marketing industries. Her current position is as the Global CEO of Crispin Porter & Bogusky, LLC. As the Chief Executive Officer, Senecal is responsible for overseeing the global expansion of the agency as well as various other duties. She is responsible for coordination and management of Crispin Porter & Bogusky’s 9 international offices.
Lori has developed over her career by working with several different industry leading companies. McCann-Erickson Worldwide, Inc., one of the units of Interpublic Group of Companies is where she began her journey. Ms. Senecal was the brainchild of TAG Ideation, a unit that has specialty in marketing to young adults. Lori’s stellar performance enabled her to find great success and eventually become CIO at the McCann Worldgroup, and eventually made the move to President of McCann, NY. Two years into this role, she moved on to head up Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal Partners. She then moved on to become President and CEO.
While running KBS, Lori formulated and implemented brilliant and new human resources methodologies and corporate strategies that saw the company top the list of agencies to watch for 3 consecutive years, and be hailed as the best company to work for in New York. Notable KBS clients included: BMW, American Express, Victoria Secret and TE Connectivity.
Lori Senecal has been driven forward by various and sundry women mentors whom she worked with in KBS, and she works everyday to try to be an example for other professional women. As a part of her mentorship efforts she has spoken at the 3% Conference. The conference is a movement that focuses on raising the number of women Creative Directors in the US from the current 3% to at least 11% through the promotion of female creative talent and leadership. In the conference, Lori talked about the the strides they have taken towards achieving this goal.
Ms. Senecal has been recognized for her outstanding performance throughout her career. One such recognition was presented at the Game Changer Awards with a Quantum Leap award for leadership and innovation. In 2014, Ad Age named her among the ‘Women to Watch’ in the industry. Lori also recognizes student inventions through an award that she both founded and chairs – the Isaac+ Award.
