In Lori’s role as Global CEO of CP+B she oversees CP+B’s global growth and expansion, manages the coordination of the firm’s 10 international offices and focuses on the agency’s continued global development. Since joining the agency in 2015, Lori has made a tremendous impact on both the business and culture of CP+B, creating a truly modern global agency that is inventive, agile and collaborative, offering consistency internationally with strong local market innovation. Lori’s leadership and strong focus on talent has fueled the agency’s entrepreneurial spirit, and led Advertising Age to recognize CP+B among the “Creativity Innovators of the Year” for 2017, while naming Lori among only four “Agency Executives to Watch” in 2016. Lori has also been consecutively named among AdWeek’s Power 100 List for the past two years recognizing the top leaders in media, marketing and tech. Most recently, Fast Company honored Lori as a leader revolutionizing the future of business, resulting in her spot on the Most Creative People in Business in 2017.
Prior to joining CP+B, Lori served as Global Chairman and CEO of KBS. Under her leadership, KBS grew from a 250-person domestic agency to over 900 people worldwide and was recognized by Crain’s as one of the “Best Places to Work in NYC” as well as being on Advertising Age’s list of “Standout Agencies” for three consecutive years. While at KBS, Lori was named one of Advertising Age’s “Women to Watch” and in 2013 she was honored at the AWNY Game Changer Awards with a Quantum Leap award for leadership and innovation.
Prior to KBS, Lori served as President of the flagship New York office of McCann Erickson and previously, as Global Chief Innovation Officer for McCann Worldgroup.
